In clients that support resources, the server can expose preference snapshots as resources:

  • Effective Preferences (Memory)
  • Global Preferences (Memory)
  • Workspace Preferences (Memory) (Service-only; Pro)
  • Model Preferences (Memory) (Desktop/Service; Pro)

If your client supports resources, ask:

“Open the Effective Preferences resource and summarize what’s in effect.”
